Step 1: Register as Buyer or Seller with your phone number and location.

Step 2: Buyers can post product requests with category-specific details.

Step 3: Sellers submit competitive bids on open requests.

Step 4: Buyers accept the best bid and complete the transaction.

Step 5: Download digital bill and rate the service.

How We Use Your Information: The data we collect is used exclusively to facilitate transactions, display relevant requests and offers, and improve the user experience. We use your location to show you nearby sellers or requests. Your name and profile picture help build trust between buyers and sellers. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for analytics to understand platform usage patterns and enhance features. 3. Data Security: JaiHub employs industry‑standard encryption (Firebase Firestore security rules, HTTPS) to protect your data during transmission and storage. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Passwords are hashed and not stored in plaintext. Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we continuously update our security protocols to minimize risks. 4. Sharing of Information: Your information is shared only with other users in the context of transactions (e.g., buyers see seller offers, sellers see buyer requests). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of JaiHub and its users. We do not share your data with advertisers or third‑party marketing firms. 5. User Rights and Control: You have full control over your profile. You can update your name, address, profile picture, and password at any time via the profile section. You can delete your account by contacting admin support; upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from active systems (subject to retention for legal purposes).
